Epic experience with JoVonna and Surf City RV!  Last minute booking, delivery on site and pick up the next day, waived the multi day policy.  Not to mention her 1975 GMC RV was the talk of the campsite when she showed up!  retro vibe with modern amenities.  Couldn't have asked for a better time.

JoVanna is a real pro! She thoroughly briefed us on what to expect (we were 1st-time rv'ers) and PATIENTLY explained how everything worked. Truly a charming lady who is worthy of our (and anyone's) repeat business.

A great experience. JoVanna was efficient, friendly and got us on our way in a comfortable, clean RV that had all we needed. Return was also easy and convenient. JoVanna is great to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending her.

There is not a sweeter, kinder, RV renter around! Loved working with JoVonna from the start. Not many would be ok with us taking the rig to a Jimmy Buffett concert but she was excited...Highly recommend the 1975 but she also has a beautiful newer RV that is luxury defined. Give her a call and you will not be disappointed!!!

JoVonna a cut above the rest, they don't make them like her anymore!!!She is kind,sweet,very knowlegeable . The 30 ft class A motorhome ran like a champ and talk about  clean, it was impeccable!!

The whole experience was awesome. Our rep Jovanna was very professional and on top of things. She was very easy to work with and was available at all times. We loved the lay out of this RV and wished we could of had it for a longer time. Of course this was our very first time in a RV but it was fun and easy. I do have to confess it was a bit intimidating but you get used to it. We stopped in Santa Barbara, stayed one night in Pismo beach, headed to Monterey Bay then to the gorgeous Big Sur. We stayed at a cool place called Riverside camp grounds. Coming back was a breeze...

This RV is not only spacious, but the dining area with the wall of windows allowed our 90 year old mother to feel involved in what was going on in the campground family reunion even when she physically couldn't be involved! The queen bed is VERY comfortable, and the galley is well supplied. JoVonna (Gulf Stream owner) is very accommodating and her care for the RV & renters is amazing! We enjoyed a wonderful trip for two weeks, and will definitely give it a try again in the future!

JoVonna was beyond awesome! Not only did the RV provide a super nice and comfortable way to get to the last Jimmy Buffett show in Irvine Meadows, but JoVonna even agreed (for an extra charge) to chauffeur us there and back so we didn't have to have a designated driver (particularly important at a Buffett show). We had 4 couples in from out of town (10 folks in total) and everyone is still talking about what a great way it was to attend the show. We had some local friends drop by and they couldn't believe what a great idea it was...All in all, I would highly recommend working with JoVonna. We're looking forward to the next time we can!
